An exclusive neighborhood blooming with desert beauty
Nestled in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood is soaked in peace and sunshine. It feels tucked away from the rest of the world, and it’s easy to get outside here thanks to the many walking trails that begin near the neighborhood. A half-hour drive from downtown Tucson, with many suburbs in between, gives residents easy access to the bustle and the necessities of the city without sacrificing the privacy and beauty of their homes.

Most homes have gorgeous pools to help beat the heat, and depending on what part of the neighborhood they’re located in, homes often have gorgeous views of the mountains and the city lights in the distance.
